WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver across Miami-Dade and Broward County. Delivery is complimentary on every order — included in the price, always.
HOW DOES ORDERING WORK?
Every box is handcrafted to order. Place your order at least 24 hours ahead and choose the delivery date that suits your occasion — a dinner, a gift, a celebration. A limited number of boxes are prepared each day to protect quality.
When will I get my order?
On the date you select at checkout. Because each box is made fresh to order, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Need it for a specific time or occasion? Make a note on the checkout page!
IS MY ORDER FRESH?
Always. Nothing is pre-made or sitting in storage. Each box is assembled by hand the day it’s delivered, using ingredients selected at peak quality. Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3 days of delivery.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Because every box is freshly handcrafted to order, all sales are final once placed. If your plans change, contact us as early as possible — we’ll always do what we can to help before your box goes into production.
CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM OR LARGE QUANTITY?
Yes. For corporate gifting, events, yacht and jet catering, or closing gifts in volume, we offer custom orders and invoicing. Contact us to arrange!
ARE THERE ALLERGENS?
Our boxes contain milk, tree nuts and gluten, and are produced in a facility that also handles other allergens. Boxes feature unpasteurized cheeses and are not suitable for pregnant women. Full allergen details are listed on each product page.
